Meet your Trainer

My name is Krystal Pickens. I married my high school sweetheart 9 years ago. We have two beautiful daughters that keep us on our toes. We have more animals than my husband would like but we have a loving home!

I’m a stay at home mom and PT. I specialize in women, pre and post natal fitness. I am currently working towards becoming a fitness nutrition specialist and youth fitness instructor. 


I decided to become a PT back in 2021. But I’ve always loved fitness and i love helping others, so why not combine the two? Ever since I had my oldest daughter, I wanted to be the best version I could be. Physically, mentally and emotionally. Living a healthy, active lifestyle helps me be the best version of myself. I would love to help you jumpstart your new fitness journey!
